The Leguan 225, first launched late 2022, marked the first model in Leguan Lifts All-Terrain series. The flagship series of Finnish access platform manufacturer with unrivaled offroad abilities, ease of use and intelligent automatic functions.
At our factory we also offer yearly service for Leguan’s and this week we had a pretty interesting visitor checking in for its yearly inspection. One of the very first Leguan 225’s returned to the factory with 1,156 hours on the clock. Safe to say this machine has seen quite a lot since it was delivered to the customer just a little over a year ago.
The 1,000-hour a year milestone is a testament to the Leguan 225’s durability and engineering. Such heavy usage indicates that this machine has been a critical asset in demanding operations.
Maintenance at this stage involves a comprehensive check of key components such as the hydraulic systems, engine, booms, and safety features. Wear and tear on moving parts, seals, and electrical systems are thoroughly inspected to ensure peak performance and compliance with safety standards.
